The following icons indicate the assigned priority: (no icon) Normal (routine) call Priority call Medium priority (immediate) call High priority (flash) call Highest priority (flash override) call When you hear the special call waiting tone, end the active call and answer the higher-priority call. While on an active call, you hear a continuous tone for about 10 seconds. The preemption call then overrides the active call. Tips
