5-8 Compaq ProLiant CL380 User Guide Internal Cabling Examples The following examples illustrate cabling scenarios associated with a ProLiant CL380. They are provided only as an overview for installing and routing some of the cabling scenarios described in the Internal Cabling Matrix. Also refer to the hood labels attached to the inside of the access panels for cabling information. If you have any questions, contact your local Compaq authorized reseller or service provider. Connecting an Array Controller to the Hot-Plug Drive Cage Backplane Board Disconnect the point-to-point SCSI cable from the system board and attach it to the Array Controller to connect the controller to the hot-plug drive cage.
