D-Link DES-3326S Layer 3 Switch PIM Neighbor Address Table Multicast routers use Protocol Independent Multicast (PIM) to determine which other multicast routers should receive multicast packets. The PIM Neighbor Address Table contains information regarding each of a router's PIM neighbors. This screen may be found in the Monitoring folder under the heading PIM Monitoring and is a read-only screen. The following fields are displayed. Figure 16- 14. PIM Neighbor Address Table Parameter Description Interface Neighbor Address Expire Time The name of the IP interface the router resides on. IP address of the PIM neighbor. Time in seconds until the PIM neighbor information expires. GVRP Status This allows the GVRP status for each of the switch's ports to be viewed by VLAN. The GVRP status screen displays the ports on the switch that are currently Egress or Untagged ports. To view GVRP Status, open the Network Monitoring folder and the Status subdirectory. PIM Neighbor Address Table
Multicast routers use
Protocol Independent Multicast (PIM)
to determine which other multicast routers should receive
multicast packets.
The
PIM Neighbor Address Table
contains information regarding each of a router’s PIM neighbors. This screen may be
found in the
Monitoring
folder under the heading
PIM Monitoring
and is a read-only screen.

The following fields are displayed.
Parameter
Description
Interface
The name of the IP interface the router resides on.
Neighbor Address
IP address of the PIM neighbor.
Expire Time
