Printing on a Macintosh After you create your document in a software program, follow the steps in one of these sections to print: ■ For Macintosh OS 8.6 to 9.x applications, see the next section. ■ For Macintosh OS X applications, see page 18. Printing with OS 8.6 to 9.x Before you begin, make sure you selected your printer in the Chooser as described on the Start Here sheet. 1. From the File menu, select Page Setup. You see this dialog box: Make sure you see C82 Series Select your paper size Select the orientation of your document or image Click to print on both sides of the page 2. Make sure you see C82 Series at the top of the dialog box. This indicates that your printer is active. If you don't see it, select your printer in the Chooser. 3. Select the correct Paper Size and Orientation. You can also make these settings: ■ Customize: Lets you define a custom paper size. ■ Rotate by 180°: Rotates the image 180° on the page. ■ Double-Sided Printing: Lets you print on both sides of the page. ■ Reduce or Enlarge: You can reduce your print size to 25 percent of its original size, or enlarge it to 400 percent.
