If you are adding a new drive, remove the four screws that secure the hard drive spacer to the drive tray, then remove the spacer from the tray. 5 Line up the screw holes in the new drive with the holes in the side of the drive tray, then secure the drive to the tray with the four screws you removed in Step 4. 6 Make sure that the tray's release lever is open, then slide the new drive into the empty hot-swap bay. 7 When the drive carrier lever begins to close by itself, push on the lever to lock the drive assembly into the drive bay. 8 Reinstall the bezel, if required, by snapping it into place on the front of the chassis. 60 www.gateway.com
