Changing Records Stored in Memory On the Base 1. Make sure the phone is OFF (not in talk mode). 2. Press the mem button to display [ ] on the indicator. 3. Press the desired memory location button (0 through 9 number keys). 4. Press the mem button. The numbers will be shown in the indicator. On The Cordless Handset 1. Repeat Steps 1 through 4 in Reviewing Records Stored in Memory (on the Handset). 2. Use the  or  buttons to scroll to the desired record. 3. Press the SELECT button again to enter the option menu. 4. Use the touch-tone pad or  or  buttons to select 1 EDIT. 5. Press the SELECT button again to confirm. ENTER NAME shows on the display. 6. Repeat Steps 8 through 13 in Storing a Name and Number in the Phone Book on the Handset. Deleting Records Stored in Memory On the Base 1. Make sure the phone is OFF (not in talk mode). 2. Press the mem button to display [ ]. 3. Use the touch-tone pad to enter the desired memory location (0-9). 4. Press the mem button twice to confirm the deletion. You will hear a confirmation tone. NOTE: If you don't want to change or delete a record, simply press the *EXIT button, or wait for one minute to exit the review mode automatically. On The Cordless Handset 1. On the Base
1. Make sure the phone is
OFF
(not in talk mode).
2. Press the mem button to display [ ] on the indicator.
3. Press the desired memory location button (0 through 9 number keys).
4. Press the mem button. The numbers will be shown in the indicator.
On The Cordless Handset
1. Repeat Steps 1 through 4 in Reviewing Records Stored in Memory (on
the Handset).
2. Use the
or
buttons to scroll to the desired record.
3. Press the SELECT button again to enter the option menu.
4. Use the touch-tone pad or

buttons to select

EDIT.
5. Press the SELECT button again to confirm.

6. Repeat Steps 8 through 13 in Storing a Name and Number in the Phone
Book on the Handset.
Deleting Records Stored in Memory
On the Base
1. Make sure the phone is
OFF
(not in talk mode).
2. Press the mem button to display

3. Use the touch-tone pad to enter the desired memory location (0-9).
4. Press the mem button twice to confirm the deletion. You will hear a
confirmation tone.
NOTE:
If you don’t want to change or delete a record, simply press the
*EXIT button, or wait for one minute to exit the review mode automatically.
