Chapter 8 F Commands fspf dead-interval Send documentation comments to [email protected] fspf dead-interval To set the maximum interval for which a hello message must be received before the neighbor is considered lost, use the fspf dead-interval command. To revert to the default value, use the no form of the command. fspf dead-interval seconds vsan vsan-id no fspf dead-interval seconds vsan vsan-id Syntax Description seconds vsan vsan-id Specifies the FSPF dead interval in seconds. The rage is 2 to 65535. Specifies a VSAN ID. The range is 1 to 4093. Defaults 80 seconds. Command Modes Interface configuration submode. Command History Release 1.1(1) Modification This command was introduced. Usage Guidelines Access this command from the switch(config-if)# submode. Note This value must be the same in the ports at both ends of the ISL. Caution An error is reported at the command prompt if the configured dead time interval is less than the hello time interval.
