Setting up the enclosure Complete the following procedure to set up the enclosure that you want to register with Insight RS. Verify that version 3.55 or later of the OA firmware is installed. HP recommends version 3.60 or later. For information about installing an OA firmware update, see the HP BladeSystem Onboard Administrator User Guide. Verifying access to HP Insight Online IMPORTANT: You need the following item to complete this task: HP Passport account. Use this procedure to verify your HP Insight Online access: 1. Navigate to the following website: http://www.hp.com/go/HPSC. The HP Support Center home page opens. 2. Sign in using your HP Passport account. If you do not already have an HP Passport account, click Register for HP Passport to create an account. 3. Click the Insight Online My IT Environment tab. During the initial setup, your IT Environment shows no entries in the Devices, Service events, and Contracts and warranties sections. 10 Prerequisites

Verifying access to HP Insight Online
