v If the Linux or Windows operating-system update package is available from the World Wide Web and you have obtained it, follow the instructions that come with the package. v If you are using a diskette, complete the following steps: 1. Turn on the server. 2. Insert the firmware update diskette into the diskette drive. 3. From a command line, type flash -? and press Enter. For the program to interface with the mini-baseboard management controller, the parameters in the Intf.ini file must be set correctly. To modify the Intf.ini file, use the mini-baseboard management controller setup utility program or a text editor.
