Removing and replacing the power supply Attention Never remove the cover on a power supply or any part that has the following label attached. Hazardous voltage, current, and energy levels are present inside any component that has this label attached. There are no servicable parts inside these components. 1. Remove the cover. See "Removing the cover" on page 92. 2. Disconnect all power supply cables from the drives. 3. Disconnect all power supply cables from the system board. See "Identifying parts on the system board" on page 95. 4. Support the power supply and remove the four screws that hold the power supply in place. 5. Remove the power supply. 6. Install the new power supply and insert the four screws that hold the power supply in place. 7. Reconnect all power supply cables to the system board and the drives. power
supply

the
drives.

supply

system
board.

4.
Support
the
power
supply
and
remove
the
four
screws
that
hold
the
power
supply
in
place.
5.
Remove
the
power
supply.
6.
Install
the
new
power
supply
and
insert
the
four
screws
that
hold
the
power
supply
in
place.
7.
Reconnect
all
power
supply
cables
to
the
system
board
and
the
drives.
