Using passwords Press F1. 3. The BIOS Utility menu appears. 4. Select System Security and press Enter. The "System Security" submenu appears: System Security Page 1/1 Setup Password None ] Power-on Password None ] Hard Disk Password None ] = Move highlight bar, = Change setting, F1 = Help Setup Password Selecting this displays a window for setting the setup password. Power-On Password Selecting this displays a window for setting the power-on password. Hard Disk Password Selecting this displays a window for setting the hard disk password. 5. Select the type of password you want to set, and press the left/right arrow key. The set password box appears. 6. Type your desired password and press Enter.
