Menu item Description Settings Collation Keeps the pages of a print job stacked in sequence when printing On multiple copies Off Notes: • Off is the default setting. • On is the setting that keeps the print job stacked in sequence. • Both settings print the entire job the number of times specified by the Copy menu setting. Separator Sheets Inserts blank separator sheets None Notes: Between Copies • None is the default setting. Between Jobs • Between Copies inserts a blank sheet between each copy of Between Pages a print job if Collation is set to On. If Collation is set to Off, a blank page is inserted between each set of printed pages, such as after all page 1's, all page 2's, and so on. • Between Jobs inserts a blank sheet between print jobs. • Between Pages inserts a blank sheet between each page of the print job. This setting is useful when printing transparencies or wanting to insert blank pages in a document for notes. Separator Source Specifies the paper tray to use for printing the separator sheets Tray 1 Notes: • Tray 1 is the default setting. Tray 2 MP Feeder • The MP Feeder setting only works if Configure MP is set to cassette. For help, see "Configure MP menu" on page 10. Multipage Print Specifies that multiple-page images be printed on one side of a Off sheet of paper 2 Up This is also referred to as N-up or Paper Saver. 3 Up Notes: 4 Up • Off is the default setting. 6 Up • The number selected is the number of page images that will 9 Up print per side. 12 Up 16 Up *Settings appear only if the feature is supported. 21
