3. Using the Answering System The answering system allows you to receive both voice messages and faxes while you are out. The answering system has one general box and eight personal boxes for callers to leave messages. To use the answering system, you must record a greeting for the general box, and a greeting for each personal box you wish to use. 3. Using the Answering System

The answering system
