Recording a Few Seconds in Advance, before Starting to Record - the PreRecording Function /MENU This is useful to record during interviews or when making an open-air recording so that you will not miss the chance to start recording. Sounds for 5 seconds are buffered in the memory Press and hold (record/ pause) to enter the recording the standby mode. Press (record/pause).
