Using the Metronome The CVP-94/92 features a convenient metronome that is ideal for practicing. I [START/STOP] of Metronome To start the metronome, simply press the [METRONOME] button so that its lamp lights. ➔ The metronome pop-up display appears and the currently selected beat and volume are indicated. METRONOME The metronome can be used also during playback. Press the [METRONOME] button again to stop the metronome sound. (The METRONOME lamp turns off.) I Adjusting the Tempo and Volume of the Metronome......... As with the same parameter for the style, you can set the tempo over a range of 32 - 280 by using the TEMPO [-/+] buttons. Press the TEMPO [-/+] buttons. (The tempo indication in the Main Display is highlighted.) ➔ Use the data dial or [-/+] buttons to set the tempo. You can also press either TEMPO [-/+] button briefly to decrement or increment the tempo value by one, or hold the button for continuous decrementing or incrementing. Metronome Volume • Range: 0 - 100 • Basic setting: 50 • Backup of last settings: OFF TEMPO RESET The metronome volume can also be set from the METRONOME pop-up display. Adjust the volume by selecting VOLUME M L (it is highlighted) and using the data dial or [-/+] buttons. You can also adjust it by continuously pressing VOLUME M or L. As with the volume parameter of the style, it can also be adjusted by using [ACMP/SONG VOLUME]. 45
