Practicing Songs with the Guide Functions The Guide functions provide convenient learning and practicing tools to help you master the instrument. By pressing the [SCORE] button, you can have the notation of the song displayed, showing the notes you should play and when you should play them, for ease in learning. The PSR-S900 also features convenient vocal practice tools that automatically adjust the timing of Song playback to match your vocal performance (when singing into a connected microphone.) Saving the Guide settings in the SONG SETTING display You can save the Guide settings as a part of the Song data (page 166). For Songs to which Guide settings have been saved, the Guide function will be automatically turned on and the related settings will be recalled when the Song is selected.
