If your system uses a messaging application other than NBX Messaging, use the documentation for your messaging application instead of the instructions in this chapter. Answering a Call To answer an incoming call, pick up the handset If you are using a 3Com® Manager's Telephone, you can press the Speaker button. If you have enabled Handsfree Active on Intercom, you can simply speak to answer internal calls. An unanswered call on any telephone on the NBX system is forwarded to the call coverage point that you specify in NBX NetSet > User Information > Call Forward Default or Call Forward Override.
