In the Edit MenuCard select the desired telephone book: Personal, Central or Company.Press OK to confirm your selection. Enter the name next to Name or (for Central) the speeddialling number next to Abbrev. no. If there is no entry matching your search, the list of entries will be displayed. Select the desired entry and press OK to confirm your selection. Select Delete or Edit. To edit the telephone book entry, simply overwrite the current details. Editing a Telephone Book Entry

MenuCard “Hotel”
This MenuCard is only available to you if you have installed the “OpenHotel”
program package in your communications system and if your telephone is the
receptions telephone. See the “OpenHotel” user guide for further information.

You can use this MenuCard to edit new and existing voicebox messages and to
edit voicebox settings.
