Telephoning Enquiry, Toggling, Transfer and Conference 2.5 Enquiry, Toggling, Transfer and Conference 2.5.1 Enquiry/Toggling by means of the R-Key or Another Call Key R Z g g h/T g/R G During a call, press the R-key (display in the Info line) and: Dial the internal or external telephone number (for manually-seized trunk calls with the line seizure code digit, e. g. 0, see page 54). or: Press another call key to place an enquiry call with a team member. The original call is put on hold while you are consulting with the third person. To toggle (i.e. switch backwards and forwards between the two calls), press the key of the held subscriber (the LED of this call key flashes and arrow symbol is displayed). End enquiry/toggling by replacing the handset or pressing the disconnect key. Then press the key of the call on hold. You are now reconnected to the caller who was on hold. 2.5.2 Transferring an Internal/External Call to an Internal Subscriber You have dialled an internal enquiry call (see the section entitled Enquiry/Toggling by means of the R-Key or Another Call Key on page 66). Gh h When the subscriber answers, inform them of the call transfer and hang up. If the subscriber does not answer, hang up; the subscriber is called. 66

Enquiry/Toggling by means of the R-Key or
Another Call Key
2.5.2
Transferring an Internal/External Call to an
Internal Subscriber
You have dialled an internal enquiry call (see the section entitled
Enquiry/Toggling
by means of the R-Key or Another Call Key
on page 66).

During a call, press the R-key (display in the Info line) and:
