6. SOFTWARE SETTING PROBLEMS The machine may not print the data correctly if there are incorrect software settings. - Check that the parallel cable, USB cable and the network cable is not damaged or broken. - Check that the correct machine is selected if you have an interface switching device. - Check the descriptions on the software setting in the user's guide. - Try resetting the factory settings.
