9. TROUBLESHOOTING OF THE CONTROL PANEL ■ Nothing is displayed on the LCD. - Verify if the power switch is turned off. Step 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 Possible cause Connection between main PCB and control panel PCB Harness between main PCB and control panel PCB Connection between main PCB and PS PCB unit Harness between main PCB and PS PCB unit LCD Control panel PCB PS PCB unit Main PCB Check Are the main PCB and control panel PCB connected properly? Result Remedy Reconnect the connector No properly. Is the harness damaged? Replace the harness with a Yes normal one. Are the main PCB and PS PCB unit connected properly? Reconnect the connector No properly. Is the harness damaged? Replace the harness with a Yes normal one. Is the problem solved after replacing the LCD? Yes Replace the LCD. Is the problem solved after replacing the control panel PCB? Replace the control panel Yes PCB. Is the problem solved after replacing the PS PCB unit? Replace the PS PCB unit.
