Confirm the front/rear sides of the ejected document, then turn on the Different Size Originals Mode and scan the document again. This is a "service call error," which indicates that the scanner has an internal problem. This error requires servicing from your service representative. Turn off the scanner. page sizes while the Different Size Originals Mode is off.
Remedy
