Changing Camera Settings Calibrating the Electronic Level Calibrate the electronic level if you think the camera is not shooting levelly. If you use grid lines (p. 170) to confirm that the camera is level beforehand, you can calibrate the electronic level more accurately. Level the camera. ● Attach the camera to a tripod and make sure it is level. Choose [Calibrate]. ● Choose [Electronic Level], then press the m button. ● Press the op buttons or turn the Ê dial to choose [Calibrate], then press the m button. X A confirmation screen will appear. Calibrate the electronic level. ● Press the qr buttons or turn the Ê dial to choose [OK], then press the m button. Resetting the Electronic Level Resets the electronic level to its default values. If the electronic level has not been calibrated, it cannot be reset. Reset the electronic level. ● Follow Step 1 above to choose [Reset] and press the m button. ● Once the electronic level is reset, the menu screen will be restored. 166

Calibrating the Electronic Level
Calibrate the electronic level if you think the camera is not shooting levelly.
If you use grid lines (p. 170) to confirm that the camera is level beforehand,
you can calibrate the electronic level more accurately.
Level the camera.
Attach the camera to a tripod and make
sure it is level.
Choose [Calibrate].
Choose [Electronic Level], then press the
m
button.
Press the
