Touching the transfer roller may damage the machine. 2 Step Check and remove the jammed paper in the paper cassette. 1 Remove any jammed paper by pulling it gently. 2 Lift the dust cover, and then remove any paper loaded in the paper cassette. 3 Remove any jammed paper by pulling it gently. 4 Reload paper into the paper cassette, and then lower the dust cover. 98
