Details This panel displays detailed information about the equipment selected. This can include the following fields: Serial Number- The selected resource's serial number. Last Configuration- The date for the last backed-up configuration file. Change- The date for the last configuration file change. System Object ID-The SysObjectID of the resource. Operational State-One of following possible values, selected from a drop-down menu, describing the availability of the resource. Disabled-Inoperable because of a fault, or resources are unavailable. Enabled-Operable and available for use. Active-Device is operable and currently in use with operating capacity available to support further services. Busy-Operable and currently in use with no operating capacity to spare. Install Date- The date this equipment was installed. Notes-Any notes recorded about the device. RTM Category-The "Right to Manage" category for licensing. DNS Hostname- The DNS name of the resource; this name must be unique. Vendor-The vendor that manufactures/distributes this resource. See the Vendors on page 139 for more information about managing vendors. Hardware Version-This resource's hardware version. Software Version-The selected resource's software version. Network Status- The status of the resource in the network. For example: Responding means this application can, via some network protocol, get the device to respond. Not Responding means the device does not respond to the protocol. Indeterminate means the monitoring software has not tried to reach the device or there was some other error which prevented us from determining one of the other two statuses.
