Setting optional parameters 33 The variable is the name of the dsa public key file that you want to import into the Dell PowerConnect device. The remove parameter deletes the key from the system. Setting optional parameters

The

variable is the name of the dsa public key file that you want to import into the Dell

PowerConnect device.

The

remove

parameter deletes the key from the system.

To display the currently loaded public keys, enter the following command.

Syntax:

show ip client-pub-key

To clear the public keys from the buffers, enter the following command.

PowerConnect#clear public-key

Syntax:

clear public-key

Use the

ip ssh pub-key remove

command to delete the public key from the system.

Enabling DSA challenge-response authentication

DSA challenge-response authentication is enabled by default. You can disable or re-enable it

manually.

To enable DSA challenge-response authentication.

PowerConnect(config)#ip ssh key-authentication yes

To disable DSA challenge-response authentication.

PowerConnect(config)#ip ssh key-authentication no
