30 Getting Started To manage a low battery When the low-battery warning appears, do the following: 1. Immediately save your current data. 2. Synchronize with your PC to charge the battery. 3. Turn off your phone. 1.10 Customizing Volume Touch Strip Settings Use the Volume Touch Strip to adjust your system's and/or in call volume. To customize Volume Touch Strip settings 1. Select Start > Settings > More > More > Volume Touch Strip. 2. Select Enable volume touch strip. 3. In Applies to, choose whether the Volume Touch Strip will affect System and In Call volume or In Call volume only. 4. Choose the Activation speed. This determines the activation sensitivity of the Volume Touch Strip. If you find that the volume adjusts with the slightest touch of the Volume Touch Strip, choose a slower speed. 5. Choose the Sensitivity / tap speed. This determines the Volume Touch Strip's sensitivity to touch once it is activated. If you find that the Volume Touch Strip is not sensitive enough, choose a faster speed. 6. Select Done. Note Choose Restore default settings to revert back to the original Volume Touch Strip settings.

To manage a low battery
When the low-battery warning appears, do the following:

Use the Volume Touch Strip to adjust your system’s and/or in call volume.
To customize Volume Touch Strip settings
