Keep it aside. Soak the wooden skewers in water for at least half hour. To make the green marinade place all the ingredients in the jar. Using the Blend Preset option puree the ingredients to a fine paste. • Remove the jar & pour out the marinade over the chicken. Add onions & peppers. On wooden skewers alternatively skewer chicken, onion and peppers. • Heat a pan and drizzle oil. Cook the skewers on medium hot pan. Turn and cook on all sides. Remove and serve hot. Note - if using the manual mode then grind it on medium speed for approximately 20 seconds. 60

METHOD
• Sprinkle salt on the chicken and mix it. Keep it aside. Soak the wooden skewers in water
for at least half hour. To make the green marinade place all the ingredients in the jar.
