Printing Special Paper Special paper includes letterhead, prepunched (including 3-hole punched), envelopes, labels, transparencies, full-bleed images, rotated paper, index cards, postcards, custom-size, and heavy paper. Printing Letterhead, Prepunched, or Preprinted Paper When printing letterhead, prepunched, or preprinted paper, it is important to load the trays with the correct orientation. Note It may be necessary to print prepunched paper in a rotated orientation (page 37). Printing in portrait or landscape mode is usually selected from the software application or printer driver.
