software and actions to take to resolve the problem.

occurred during login.
Please verify if the device
is connected to the
network.
The digital sender is not
responding to the
HP JetAdmin software,
either when you are trying
to log in to configure the
digital sender or when you
are trying to save
changes to your
administrator profile.
If logging in:
Check that the digital sender is
responding on the network using a
network command such as ping.
Another way to check that the digital
sender is responding is with the
HP JetAdmin software. In the main
window, click
Device
, and then click
Find
to see if the HP JetAdmin
software can discover the IP
address.
Turn the digital sender off and then
