Tools In a profile, you can administer a particular digital sender using the Tools menu. This menu lists the installed management tools, such as the Address Book Manager, HP JetAdmin software, or the Web Access tool. The Enterprise Center also contains management tools of its own that allow you to: upgrade firmware on several digital senders all at once. copy address books from the master digital sender of the profile to the other digital senders in the profile. back up data from several digital senders at once. restore data from a backed up file. Logging and tracing You can have certain tools generate log and trace files. The log file reports the final state of the main steps of the processing, while the trace file goes into detail, showing information useful in understanding how the tool worked internally.
