Unable to communicate
with the device. Please
verify if the device is
connected to the network.
The digital sender is not
responding to the login
attempt by the
HP JetAdmin software.
This can happen when
logging in to configure the
device, or when saving
administrator profile
changes.
If logging in:
Check that the digital sender is
responding on the network using a
network command such as ping.
Another way to check that the digital
sender is responding is with the
HP JetAdmin software. In the main
window, click
Device
, and then click
Find
to see if the HP JetAdmin
software can discover the IP
address.
Turn the digital sender off and then
back on. In the HP JetAdmin
software, try to find the digital
sender again.
In the HP JetAdmin software, verify
that you can contact other network
devices.
If saving changes:
Changes were not saved
successfully. Go back to the
configuration pages and try again.
For either situation:
If the problem persists, contact
HP customer support.
Verify HP JetAdmin

Some HP JetAdmin
