NOTE 1 How to Install Accessories In Your Desktop PC Workstation Installing Mass Storage Devices Installing a Hard Disk Drive in an Internal Shelf The internal shelves can house one hard disk drive that is up to 1.6 inches in height, and one hard disk drive of up to 1 inch in height. 1 Disconnect the computer's power cord and any LAN or telecommunications cable. 2 Remove the computer's cover (refer to page 3). 3 Remove the four (outer) retaining screws from the top of the hard drive unit. Remove the four outer retaining screws 4 Lift the hard drive unit partly out of the PC Workstation's case and disconnect the data and power connectors from the existing drive. 5 Remove the hard drive unit from the PC Workstation's case. 6 Place the hard drive unit carefully on a flat surface. Take care when handling the hard disk drive and ensure that it is placed on an anti-static bag whenever you set it down. 12 English
