The oiling felts are already soaked in oil, but lubricating oil bottles are included in case it has been used up already for some reason (for example, the environment caused dirt/dust accumulation), and has been noticed that the carriage rails were dry even after the felts have passed along them. You can add one drop of oil into the felt (be careful as oil could spill) via the holes indicated: 3.
