Dual roll printing issues When printing with the dual roll, the following issues could appear if misalignment occurs: ● Wrinkles ● Ink smears ● Uneven performance between the two rolls ● Telescoping due to Skew convergence Calibrate the dual-roll center support The following steps provide the complete procedure for this topic. 1. Load a single-roll spindle into the printer. TIP: Use a single-roll spindle to calibrate the height of the dual-roll center support accurately.
