USB to Wi-Fi Unplug the USB cable from the printer and connect the printer to your network. See Connect to a Wi-Fi network. Wi-Fi to USB Change the printer connection from Wi-Fi to USB. NOTE: If necessary, remove the label covering the USB port at the back of the printer. 1. Connect the printer and computer using a USB cable. 2. Open the HP software on your computer. If prompted, create or sign in to an HP account and register the printer. 3.
