Press to exit DiagTools. • If you are investigating a known hardware problem, press to create a Support Ticket. Although no failure was detected, the Support Ticket will be effective for communicating the test results and PC configuration to your local or HP-dedicated support agent. (To learn more about the Support Ticket, refer to chapter 5.)
