Prepare the computer for disassembly. 2. Remove the palmrest cover with touch pad. 3. Remove the keyboard. 4. Remove the heatspreader 5. Remove the CD drive. 6. Remove the display assembly. 7. Remove the plastic subpanel assembly 8. Remove the two screws located near the front of the CD drive and PCMCIA doors as shown. 9. Lift the audio assembly board out of the chassis. Remove
the palmrest
cover with
touch pad.

Remove
the
keyboard.
4.
Remove
the

drive.

assembly.
7.
Remove
the plastic

assembly
8. Remove
the two
screws
