AutoRAID Manager can be used for: • Configuring a New Disk Array • Checking Disk Array Status • Changing Disk Array Configuration Settings • Managing Logical Drives • Adding a Disk • Rebuilding the Disk Array • Analyzing Disk Array Performance • Performing Disk Array Maintenance Tasks This chapter describes the steps involved in performing each of these tasks. Selecting a Disk Array Before you can manage a disk array using AutoRAID Manager, you must select the array from the Detail pane. See "Setting Up AutoRAID Manager" in the preceding chapter for information on adding disk arrays to the Array List window. To select a disk array: 1. In the Detail pane, click the disk array you want to manage. If it is not visible in the Detail pane, you may need to select another view. 2.
