English Adjusting the Speed for Scrolling Through Items in a List You can scroll through items in a list by rolling the scroll wheel or by using the soft keys on the screen of your HP iPAQ. To change the speed at which scrolling with the soft keys occurs: 1. Tap Start > Settings > Personal tab > Buttons > Up/Down Control tab. 2. Under Delay before first repeat, move the slider to shorten or lengthen the time that elapses before scrolling begins. 3.
