For help, see "Use the Web Browser Interface" on page 11. This manual assumes you are using this method for all procedures. • the Device Configuration web service. For help, see the next section. Use the Device Configuration Web Service The Device Configuration web service provides a way to programmatically configure the IF2 over your network. This SOAPbased service provides a configuration API that allows you to specify a variety of network, RFID, and system settings via XML-encoded messages. Follow the next procedure to enable the web service or to download the Device Configuration web service description language (WSDL) document.
