Chapter 5 - Troubleshoot the Printer Configure Alerts This section explains how to configure alerts and alert messages. You configure alert settings from the printer web page. Note: To configure the printer from its web page, the printer must be turned on and connected to your Wi-Fi or Ethernet network. 1 On your desktop PC, start a browser. 2 In the Location or Address bar, type the printer IP address and press Enter. The printer web page appears. 3 Click Login in the upper right corner of the screen. The Login page appears. 4 Type your Username and Password in the entry fields, and then click Login. 5 Click the Configure tab > Alerts. 6 Click Error to configure error alerts. Configure Alerts
This section explains how to configure alerts and alert messages. You
configure alert settings from the printer web page.

On your desktop PC, start a browser.

In the

bar, type the printer IP address and

Enter
. The printer web page appears.

Click
Login
in the upper right corner of the screen. The Login page
appears.

Type your
Username

Login
.
