In event of a mild electrical discharge to the unit the LCD could go blank. To correct, hold the SELECT button down for 5 seconds. Function buttons (A, B, C) Below the DR-HD100 LCD display are three user-defined function buttons: A (left), B (center), and C (right). Use them as short-cut keys for the most frequently selected functions at the bottom of the LCD display. The function of these soft buttons changes, depending on the options displayed above that specific button. LCD Display
This is a backlit, 14 character by 7 line dot matrix display.
