DR-HD100: Using with a Computer Dismounting the DR-HD100 (Macintosh) When finished working with the DR-HD100 and the Macintosh it is necessary to dismount the unit from the system. Dismount DR-HD100 Before Powering Off It is important to dismount the DR-HD100 from the Mac system BEFORE powering down the DR-HD100. To dismount the DR-HD100 from a Mac: Step 1: Step 2: Step 3: Select the DR-HD100 on the computer's desktop. It is marked with a PC symbol. Drag the drive into the trash or use the eject button. This dismounts the particular disk drive. It is now safe to remove the DR-HD100. Two-Button Mouse Shortcut for Macintosh Computers If your Macintosh is equipped with a two-button mouse, you can use the following shortcut: • Right click the FS-100 on the desktop. • Select the Eject function from the pop-up menu.
