7.2.9. Settings a) Profiles OPERATIONAL MANUAL Profiles - Chooses which pre-recorded settings profile the customer wants to use. b) Media Path Feed Pinch Roll Feed Delay (sec) - Feed pinch roll delay in seconds; Lift Target Position (mm) - Height of the print engine (media thickness) in millimeters; Override Sheet Length - Overrides the value of the sheet length; Sheet length - Where to put manually the length of the sheet to be printed. c) Printer Stall Detection - If enabled, will allow print engine to detect stalls over the media encoder, except in Scanner Print Modes. Row Sync Source - The machine reads the card movement and adjusts the printheads. It is recommended to use the "Media Encoder" parameter. The "Generate Internally" option calculates the amount of ink applicated by each head. It has a bigger margin of error associated. Row Sync Multiplier - This setting allows the operator to calculate a value that determines the compensation to be applied to the printout based on the speed of the Media Encoder (thickness, weight and area of the card to be printed). a) Profiles
