OPERATIONAL MANUAL 6.2.7. No crush wheels The no crush wheels may accumulate some ink. It is necessary to inspect and clean them so that they do not mark the jobs. Clean with a paper or lint free cloth soaked in water. 6.2.8. Waste bottle cleaning Unscrew the red cap and leave the lint in a temporary container. Dump the ink residue, rinse the bottle with water and put it back in the place highlighted for this purpose in the machine. Inspect regularly to avoid letting the ink leak out because the container becomes full (consult the Maintenance table). There is no sensor to warn the operator that there is a need for emptying.
