Symptom Media is misfeeding. Cause Solution Envelopes are facing Load the envelopes in Tray 1 with the the wrong way in Tray flaps facing up. 1. If the flaps are on the long edge, load the envelopes with the flap edge toward the machine and the flap side facing up. Unsupported media (wrong size, thickness, type, etc.) is being used. Use KONICA MINOLTA-approved media. See "Specifications" on page 3-2. Also, refer to http://konicaminolta.com for a complete list of currently approved media.
