Using MFP menus Fax Receive Settings Menu item Purpose Values and descriptions Enable Fax Receive Allows fax jobs to be received by the Yes* MFP. No Fax jobs can be received. Fax jobs cannot be received. Rings to Answer The MFP rings a set number of times 1-25 (1*) to indicate an incoming fax job. Auto* Tray The print media source is automatically selected by the MFP. Tray or the standard tray is the specified print media source, where is the number of the tray. MP Feeder The multipurpose feeder is the specified print media source. Tray (if an optional drawer is installed) Tray , which can be any optional drawer, is the specified print media source, where is the number of the tray in the drawer. Duplex Sets duplex printing (two-sided On printing) either on or off for incoming fax jobs. Off* This menu item appears if an optional duplex unit is installed or if the MFP model has an internal duplex unit. The incoming fax is a duplex job. The incoming fax is not a duplex job. Fax Footer Prints the transmission information at On* the bottom of each page from a received fax. Off Select On for the footer to print. Select Off to not print the footer. Settings 56
