Using MFP menus HTML Menu These menu items are used to change the printer HTML settings. Menu item Font Name Font Size Scale Orientation Margin Size Backgrounds Purpose Sets the default font for HTML documents. Note: Times will be used in HTML documents that do not specify a font. Sets the default font size for HTML documents. Scales the default font for HTML documents. Sets the page orientation for HTML documents. Sets the page margin for HTML documents. Specifies whether to print backgrounds in HTML documents. Image Menu These menu items are used to change the size or orientation of a printed image or to invert a printed image. Menu item Auto Fit Invert Purpose Selects optimal print media size, scaling, and orientation. Inverts bi-tonal monochrome images. Values and descriptions On* Note: When set to On, this setting Off overrides the scaling setting and can override the orientation setting for some images. On Note: Does not apply to GIF or JPEG.
