Using MFP menus HTML Menu These menu items are used to change the printer HTML settings. Menu item Font Name Font Size Scale Orientation Margin Size Backgrounds Purpose Sets the default font for HTML documents. Note: Times will be used in HTML documents that do not specify a font. Sets the default font size for HTML documents. Scales the default font for HTML documents. Sets the page orientation for HTML documents. Sets the page margin for HTML documents. Specifies whether to print backgrounds in HTML documents. Portrait* Landscape Portrait-Prints text and graphics parallel to the short edge of the paper. Landscape-Prints text and graphics parallel to the long edge of the paper. See Duplex Bind on page 68 for more information about short and long edges. 8 mm-255 mm (19 mm*) Sets the margin from 8 to 255 mm in 1 mm increments. Print* Do Not Print Print-Prints HTML backgrounds. Do Not Print-Does not print HTML backgrounds. Image Menu These menu items are used to change the size or orientation of a printed image or to invert a printed image. Menu item Auto Fit Invert Purpose Selects optimal print media size, scaling, and orientation. Inverts bi-tonal monochrome images. Values and descriptions On* Note: When set to On, this setting Off overrides the scaling setting and can override the orientation setting for some images. On Note: Does not apply to GIF or JPEG.
