Using MFP menus Menu item FTP Print Defects Supplies Guide Purpose Values and descriptions Prints the FTP guide on scanning items to send to an FTP site. After selecting this menu item, the Help Pages print, and the MFP returns to Ready. Prints the Print defects guide which aids in resolving repeating defects for copy or print. Prints the Supplies guide about ordering supplies. Manage Shortcuts To manage Fax, E-mail, FTP, and Profile shortcuts, only deletions of an entry or a complete list are possible. Use the up and down arrows to scroll through the listing of shortcut items if there are enough entries on the screen for the up and down arrows to appear. The following example shows a Profile shortcuts screen with no items in the list selected. It does not show arrows since there are only three shortcuts listed which all appear on one screen. As the status message bar indicates, it shows 1 to 3 entries of a total of 3 entries. If there were more entries, scrolling up and down with arrows would be possible. Since none of the entries are selected, Delete Entry is an unavailable button since it is not active. Only the Delete List button is available. Manage Shortcuts
To manage Fax, E-mail, FTP, and Profile shortcuts, only deletions of an entry or a complete list are possible. Use the up
and down arrows to scroll through the listing of shortcut items if there are enough entries on the screen for the up and down
arrows to appear. The following example shows a Profile shortcuts screen with no items in the list selected. It does not
show arrows since there are only three shortcuts listed which all appear on one screen. As the status message bar
indicates, it shows 1 to 3 entries of a total of 3 entries. If there were more entries, scrolling up and down with arrows would
